Jan. 18th, 2005 12:34 pmdear self,
you do not have $250+ to spend on a letter press right now, so stop looking at those damn ads. you would much rather save all that towards getting a new apartment, remember? where would you put it, anyway? you have no space. your desk has been covered in projects and little boxes and art supplies for a year and a half. the table has been swallowed by the mail. you are living in a nest of cords and papers and books and cat toys and dishes and half-finished projects and clothes you don't wear and oh bother. so much stuff. what ever happened to simplicity? how will you ever move?
although it is about 6°f outside i know you would much rather be home going on aspring winter cleaning spree. bags of superfluous clothing, boxes of useless items that get in the way. the joyces packed up and moved every several months, what did they have? a trunk of clothing, a trunk of books. oh, if it were only that easy.
xo,
me.
