i am dosing liberally with mint tea w/ honey, and echinacea/vitamin C throat lozenges. and also i am dressed in schlumpy, comfy clothes today and making no apologies for my total lack of focus. i blame it on the tylenol PM i took last night! it's the perfect excuse ;)
i hope you feel better soon, too. take a thermos of tea with you! it relaxes the throat so nicely.
