We bought a crockpot last year, but we don't use it much, except for making barbeque, which it's awesome for! Might be a good time to get it out again, though, as we are also away alot -- Conan's been coming home and making big nice meals for me.
Abouth a month ago, we (well, Conan) invested in Tivo, and it's been one of the coolest silly things we've bought ever, because we have very little time to watch tv during the week, but now on the weekend there's all this stuff waiting for us, which is especially great as we have no energy to do anything outside of the house anyway...
