i am sick as a dog, and sloooowly getting better. every time i get a cold, i must re-learn the lesson that taking tylenol cold & flu during the day will only make me feel ten times worse. however, i am in love with theraflu nighttime, which is 10% alcohol and comes in a conveniently flask-shaped bottle.

Rx used so far scorecard:
- zinc tablets that make my mouth chalky
+ coldeaze lemon honey zinc lozenges that make my mouth less chalky
+ oscillococcinum homeopathic remedy (always fun to pour tiny beads into my mouth!)
- tylenol cold and flu, a.k.a. death warmed over
+ cherry liquor theraflu nighttime
