our first fire in the fireplace, which i built; and matzoh ball soup; and tomato-brie bruschetta; and red wine and pale orange limonata; and warm goodness on all sides in our dark fire-lit house and i slept watching the red remaining embers and j played her violin and it was
o such perfection &
o such happiness.
no dreams; but the daylight time change has messed me up, i woke too early blinking and dazzled by the sun saying how in the world did it get so bright?
further evidence that our house is haunted by petits goblins: j's bergamot soap attacked the skin of her legs! much aloe and keri was applied, to some effect. i add this latest incident to a long list of other mishaps, like the mysterious dishwasher door gravity, or the thermostat's sentience.
