it's been snowing since 7 a.m.





things i need

+ opaque tights
+ a long winter coat!
+ legwarmers
+ wool skirts
+ that song on the radio the other day (ones & zeroes)

okay, so. this morning when i left the house? i went legwarmer-mad. at the last minute i feverishly ripped open a box of sweaters to see if it was worth it to cut one up to have makeshift legwarmers. alas, the one cut-up-able sweater was all wrong. (even though it was periwinkle blue, and a perfect wool.) sigh.

oh dear. this is so unfair! i COMMAND that your continent shift somewhere further north! parallel to oregon if at all possible, thankyoukindly.

or maybe i'll just commandeer myself a sailboat and come fetch you. pack your books! we leave at dawn!

my winterwear = n/a
i'm coming to boston equipped with a hooded sweatshirt, nadia's yak's wool scarf, and some long sleeved shirts.

i don't have mittens! or my own scarf! or a warm hat!

surely this must be remedied?

oh! snow! oh my! you're so so lucky! new york isn't that far away, why can't some of yr snow drift down here? (i always feel like if it's going to be this cold it might as well be snowing.)
