weddell seals survive living under the anarctic's thick sheets of ice by cutting and scraping at the ice to keep oxygen holes open, but it wears down their teeth and then they can't hunt. "weddell seals die young," says david attenborough.



we are watching blue planet again. i think it is my most favorite discovery show, ever.
