we don't use netflix, but we do have gamefly. our copy of katamari damacy came in the mail last night.
holy god, it is just as addictive as i thought it would be.
you are a cartoon prince! you roll a ball and pick up things until it gets bigger and then turns into a star! there are absurd cube-human cartoons! you start with thumbtacks and assorted little things and then eventually you get to the size where you can pick up cows and fences and cars! there's no real way to describe it. it is so cute and wacky that it made me happy, and more than a little entranced. this is the best $20 you can spend, if you have a ps2.
