aslant( if, just now, you were maybe standing on the sidewalk of lesley avenue, you might have seen floods of bubbles dancing around on the stormy winds. you might have exclaimed, like the woman in the pink muu-muu with her silent orange-shirted boy, it's raining bubbles and come to gawk at this strange birthday girl who is nearly already too drunk to be leaning out of the top halves of second-floow windows, standing on a radiator, straining with her last lungfuls to blow a perilous stream of love in the form of soap out onto the street below. )
